On Wednesday, 25th September 2013, i handed in my application for a contract. I had received no feedback as to whether or not my contract had been approved. I had to go into the store every day from Wednesday to Sunday and on arrival on Sunday i had received my phone. I had asked to prt to 8ta and was told it would take between 24-72 hours. It has now been almost 72 hours and i have not gotten any feedback! I had to call the store 5 times in one day to get a response. Only once i had called, then i was given a pin for the porting of my number and was tol it would take 24 hours!! This is UNACCEPTABLE!!! I do not expect customer service like this!
