Bad service and response from Autopage branch

Bought a new iPhone and had to do a sim swap from my Blackberry, went to Autopage Century City our Service provider to have this done (Saturday 13th of July). They said that activation of the new sim would take 4 to 24 hours, neglecting to add the words "during business hours". Monday afternoon at around 16h00 the sim did activate - with the wrong cell number, so back to Autopage Century city we go. We are then given a new sim card and promised - again - that it would be activated between 4 to 24 hours but on Wednesday the sim still had no service so again back to Autopage Century City. This time round the branch manageress just through her hands in the air and said she can't help us and that the problem needs to be escalated, no further assistance offered, only another promised 4 to 24 hours. Thursday we went back again as nothing was working but could not be helped because "the system is off line". Today (Friday) we went back again, received no help from the branch manageress and was told by one of the consultants that the sim would be active in 2 hours, now 4 hours later it still doesn't work. I will now consider cancelling the contract with them.
