Failure to change bank details... TWICE!

I have gone into Vodacom Cape Gate a couple of months back to give them my new bank details. Come the next month, they still used the same account. At that time I still had money going into that account so it didn't bother me as much. On the 12 of October I went there AGAIN. Filled in the forms and handed it to the staff member and explained to him that I have done this before and they failed to change it. He assured me that won't happen again...
I have no money going into the old account anymore. Now I see they still took their money out of that account resulting in a negative balance and a lot of unnecessary bank fees that I have to pay now.
I am closing that account this week and will NOT provide my other bank details again. So I hope you still have it lying around somewhere in store. Good luck
