Still haven't received data bought on 10 Octobe

I bought 300mb of data on the 10th of October using my loyalty points.

I first logged the incident on the 14th of Ocbtober - over two weeks ago.

I phoned a couple of days later and had to log another incident.

I still haven't received the data and people don't phone me back.
