"The Samsung Guy isn't here"

I upgraded my phone last week Monday to a Samsung S4 and after having a week to play around with the phone I've noticed a few features such as air gesture isn't working (the manual is asking me to activate the option air browse that I don't have under the settings option). Today is the 7th day to hand in my phone if it has a manufacturing defect so I went to MTN at the Glen branch to check it out. After standing in a que to wait my turn a lady called me to her table. I began to explain what was wrong but before I could even get to what was wrong I was told "the Samsung guy isn't here" so I couldn't be helped? He should be in tomorrow so I need to come in tomorrow? I don't have the time to come in tomorrow that's why I came in today!!! I'm extremely frustrated at the lack of assistance I received and quite cross as if there is something wrong with my phone I will have to incur the inconvenience of being without a phone until it gets fixed so Thank You MTN! I'm so glad I decided to upgrade instead of cancelling my contract and going to another service provider!!!
