No service from MTN insurance

I have been trying since 28/10/2013 to report two damaged I phones. I get no response to faxing the claims, emailing them or calling 0831236084..The helpline has not logged the claim and there is no answer ever. Today I was on the line for 26 minutes!!!
When I went to the MTn shop I was told that the insurance company will collect the phones from me and they could not help me. She called the same number and we gave up after 1 hr. I pay R140/month per handset and I am supposed to get loan sets while the repairs are done! This is so frustrating! There is nothing a member of the public can do!!
