Upgrade and double deductions!!! NO phone yet!!!

Oky where do I start? On 1 November 2013 I phoned to upgrade my account as I've been a customer for 21 months now. That done, on Monday 4 November I phone to enquire why my debit order has not gone through yet. Said will be done that night. Phone on the 5th, same thing, eventually on the 6th I see that a double debit order was deducted - for September and October's invoices!! During October I phoned to ask why my debit order on 1 October was RD'd due to insufficient funds when there was more than enough funds available. Then deducted, split in half on 15 & 16 October 2013. I phone to state that they must note on system that I'm not a bad payer as fault was either on bank or Virgin Mobile's side. Then the double deduction on the 6th. I phone and send through proof on my bank statement re 1 October issue as well as payment on 15th and 16 and double payment on 6th November.
In the meantime I'm also enquiring about my new phone to be delivered and only on the 8th working day, someone says there's no stock!!! Since the 4th of November I've been phoning EVERY DAY to enquire and even this morning Accounts says I'm paid up to date!? I want my phone and credit R514, due to me!!!
