No service delivery according to contract

Account had been soft lock on the first of November although there is still data available. when trying to phone them, was constantly cut when they don't want to talk to me further. they constantly send me from one department to another.
to date i have not receive any contact from vodacom.
i would like to cancel all of my contracts which is seven in total and i will not pay a single rand further to vodacom due to this breach of the contractual obligation from vodacom`s side.
