No coverage 2 months ago, no feedback

So disappointed in the mobile 3G data packages that I signed up for 2 months ago. I think that you guys are wasting your time by partnering with MTN because MTN has horrible coverage and no follow-up service whatsoever. You guys also promised to help me sort it out by escalating the problem to MTN but i haven't heard from you in a over a month. I haven't been able to use my data packages at home since i got them because, well, because there is no coverage. i had to sign up for a ridiculously overprice vodacom prepaid sim card to use with mu huwei device. And even though it;s expensive going for now, at least it works! I'll be switching to telkom soon for uncapped, and have cancelled one of the MTN sims i got from you. unfortunately, nothing happens until a complaint here on HP so i'm hoping it gets someone's attention who is willing to help. Would love to use the MTN sim card, but if it's not sorted out then i'm cancelling it too. At the moment, I'm paying for a service i'm not receiving!
