Over 3 months for repairs

I handed my handset in to Mtn to be repaired, it has been over 3 months and still no handset. I received a mail stating that the repairs would be done I deposited the excess required on the 18 Sept and still nothing. I have tried numerous times to get through to the call centre, but after an hour of holding I am forced to put down. I have spent over R200 worth of calls waiting for them to answer. The call centre 0831236084 is no longer in operation making it impossible to get hold of them.
