I am disgusted in the pathetic after-service i received from Vodacom. It is quick to do a online upgrade and after stressing 3 times to the sales lady not to get the order wrong they still do. Vodacom, from the Managers to team leaders Ngho, Mgomgo, Vincent, George, you guys should rather work for Burger King burgers. You guys are useless at your Positions.

After been with you guys for almost 15yrs having 3 contracts, the manner in which you handle my query and to resolve the situation is unprofessional. I have ordered a Samsung Galaxy online and was delivered 3days later only to find its the wrong phone. I spoke to the Manager and was promised it would be resolved during the day or next he has never come back to me. Friday morning spoke to Ngho who also promised me to sort it out.. never did and since then spoke to 5 other ppl and non can help me out. It takes 5 mins to do the upgrade, 3 days to deliver bt I must wait 7 days for them to sort the mess their made...
Im sorry bt if this the way you treat someone that's been loyal to you for almost 15years, maybe its time to move on to a different service provider who does care...
