Tired of hearing "So Beautiful" When its not

Cannot even complain because i just keep getting disconnected, tried to complain an hour ago, dropped over 10 times whilst writing it, when the line came back on i try to submit my complaint it then dc's and i loose my complaint! IM SICK AND TIRED OF THIS LINE!!! I pay good money and in return I get service, I cannot even play online, and when i do i get dc' then BANNED! (dota) so just would like to say thank you, because im currently looking at switching to a provider which will actually work! Ive had plenty issues in the past 4 months, and dont tell me its Telkom because my line was previously hosted directly through them and i had non of these issues... ive spent R20, 000 on a new pc, so its not my pc either... either a new line needs to get replaced around my house, else i dont know whats left for me to do. I AM TIRED! and if its not my line dropping, i cannot even phone support because no one answers!! and im sick and tired of hearing welcome to axxess your digital playground, and SO BEAUTIFUL every SECOND! please change the song, as it doesnt help the situation!!! I will pay more to someone else for better service if i must
