Stay Away from Axxess! POOR ISP POOR SERVICE

Axxess you used to be the best out there, and quite frankly you have gone down the S.hit hole - Useless ISP as constant intermittent Connection (Disconnects every hour more), Completely Useless Customer support as you can never get a hold of ANYONE! and when u get promised someone will contact you they DONT! ive had enough of the service im getting as ITS a Managed ISP after roughly 20GB of downloads, so your line regardless will drop to roughly 20kb/s when it should be 4bm/10mb etc. Im fed up with my internet connection being off constantly, as i cannot GAME at ALL!! really a waste of time in my eyes, and i shall go out of my way to DETER everyone i can to save them from the constant hassles i receive from you, Im fed up with you saying your going to fix it, when quite frankly you do not, and im tired of having to complain and when i write on hello peter i cannot submit due to DISCONNECTING! i am truely disappointed and pretty EFFED off! Service, so please dont pretend to FIX anything, when no one at Axxess knows what the is going on, like are you Amatures? i will pay more to someone who knows how to run a full fledged Business!
