Every 2 years, I have my contract upgraded, and every year i sit with the same issue:
consultants that DONT like offering help.
Being in the health profession, I provide a service to clients daily, with a positive attitude and always a smile, no matter if I m having a bad day or not. I dont show that I am tired or irritated or not in the mood to be there helping them... I expect the same from a sales consultant at vodacom.
I know the sales consultants name, but will not mention it here. I just feel ALL sales consultants need jacking up on their peoples skills and how to be friendly and helpful NO MATTER WHAT!!!
