I Bought a Ford Figo 1.4 Trend 2013 Model this year in April in Hatfield Pretoria Ford Fury. The Sales Consultant by the Name of Zacharia Bocheli told me that i have a Service Plan i should bring the car as soon as it reached 20000km and i haven't reached the kilometres i should bring it at the 12month (a year) otherwise they would service the car. i took the car for service of the 7/11/13 and went to take it on the 8/11/12 as i got the the service consultant by the name of Garvin Niker gave me an invoice of R1499.95 charged for the services, as i complained he told me that sales consultants always give wrong information just to make a sales. i then called the customers service careline on the 8/11/13 up until i call today its when they looked into my matter wherelese the turn around time was 11/11/13. I was then told that they dont deal with sales matter i need to go straight to the principal manager by the dealership to complain but the sales consultant told them that he told me that there is no service plan i need to budget for it and save R50.00 every month for service which is a he never disclosed such information
