NO CASHIER???

Yet again Telkom the most pathetic and useless company in South Africa has done it again!! Thank i only have cell phone as i will NEVER be any part of such a STUPID company!

I contacted the N1 City branch to get a pots filter, they said yes they have. I drove there and waited 20min i a que as half of the people were not at there desk. Finally i get to some one and ask for the filter and they tell me no stock. I told the lady not to talk and look... behold she gets one (pathetic again).

She then tells me the lady is cashing up and they cannot ring it up. ( cashing up at 3pm??? with a shop full of of ANTI Telkom people??? what!!!

I told her i need it for work. we are a Medical pathology company it is critical we have a line in the ICU ward.

She says sorry i must wait 30min.

I dont want a soppy response to say "we are sorry" blah blah blah... as that what telkom is famous for! I DEMAND a call from I high level Manager or the CEO of the CIRCUS to explain to me what a joke telkom is!!

I am waiting clowns!
