I just called into your sales department enquiring about the contracts you have available for iPad.

Your sales consultant, Tumi, could not have been less interested if he tried. First he gets me confused about who i've actually called, he actually says vodacom cell c - i kid you not.

He told me about the iPad mini on contract, in the most bored tone known to man, then just kept quite.

I then asked him if it was the only one. He replied saying you also have the iPad air... okay, silence as he, I would assume, does something more interesting than talk to me.

I then have to promp him to tell me the difference between the two tablets. "one is faster". Great!

You're not bothered. I've been a loyal customer for nearly 15 years. no really, look me up. Then say goodbye.

MTN is offering the deal I need, the sales guy was so brilliant, he made me feel like I was getting the thing for FREE.

Your service is just plain yuck. New year, New Device, New service provider.
