Cell C
BIS now capped??

Telecommunications

So, i get a sms from Cell C yesterday saying "due to improper & excessive usage" they are now capping the BIS on BB @ 2 gigs & after that you pay 15c/MB. I know companies think they can do as they please BUT i would like to know how they plan to do this when the whole reason people take contacts with them for BB handsets previously was because of the Uncapped access to the internet which Cell C used as a selling point on the phones!?!?

When i bought my BB I was assured of unlimited internet access and this was basically the only reason i signed a 2 year contract & took out another handset for a family member, now to just have this sprung on me is not only unethical but, as I see at it, illegal because what i was promised and signed for is now no longer what I am receiving!

When i called the call centre to complain they said its not them its BB itself, but their SMS specifically says "Cell C is updating its BB fair usage policy" Fair usage?? Since when, im not a child to be monitored & told how much data i can use or how much I can download as I was ASSURED when i signed my contract of UNLIMITED usage. So now what Cell C? Can i have my money back since u wont honour our contract!
