I reported bad service from the Somerset West Branch on the 19th of January 2013.
After this I received a call from Clinton Parasuramen. He undertook to look into my issues and get it resolved. Being a fair person I left it with him for a week. Since then 2 messages left with no response in 48hours. New person "trying" to resolve issue, Lilla, just more empty promises. Was promised to be phoned back by 6PM and it is 18h05 now!
Nashua Mobile what is it going take take for you to acknowledge a client with a fair and true complaint???
Nashua Mobile do you not accept the CPA???
