Bad service i ever received with Cell C

I have applied for a contract last week friday, and i was told that my handset will be delivered on wendnesday which was not done, and no one called me to update me as to what is happening, up untill i made a call to Cell C only to be told that by Wayde, one of the consultant at contract department that my Banking details are not confirmed, and he told me that i need to go to the bank and get bank statement, which i did and sent it through, i feel like there was no sence of urgency when this application was processed. is friday today i' still sitting without the handset. i clearly told Siyabonga i needed the handset urgently as i do my work on it and execute my work. i'm currently setting without the phone and the only think i have got or was given to me when i called in again to follow up was the REF no. SPI004434938 and this Good morning,

what on earth is this? this guy Siya told me straight to my face that they will not release the delivery. IF I WAS TOLD FROM THE BEGINING THAT I'LL NOT HAVE THE HANDSET BY TODAY, I SHOULD HAVE WENT SOME
