Electronics and household app.

I'm appalled at the service I'm receiving at Samsung head office and TTS PE. I have been more than patient, but this is the worse service I have ever received. I have now waited two weeks just to even get feedback on the process of my phone, only to be told today that it's pending approval, yesterday I was told by Samsung it doesn't show on their system. In a matter of 3 weeks, my new phone has gone in 2x and I requested a new phone. I firstly had bad service at Vodacom Moffet on Main and was then told if I go directly to Samsung, matters will be sorted out quicker. Alas, I have been put through from one person to the next. I was given a name at head office at Samsung and tried getting through to her for 2 days, left 2 messages and she did not get back to me. TTS also said they are not getting a response from her. I have emailed her direct Manager and also have not received reply from him and neither has TTS. I'm sorry but that's not good enough. I had to call and follow up every time. Even if someone just picked up the phone to at least tell me where matters stood
