NOT ADHERING TO SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT!

ON THE 17 APRIL 2013 MY PHONE WENT IN FOR A WARRENTY ASSESMENT, I WAITED MORE THAN A WEEK FOR AN ANSWER/APPROVAL TO GET A NEW PHONE, FINALLY IT WAS APPROVED TO GET A NEW PHONE, AND AGAIN I NEED TO WAIT FOR THE APPROVAL OF THE SAMSUNG SIII, THIS APPROVAL ALSO TOOK 3/4 DAYS AND I WAS TOLD IT WILL TAKE 48HOURS. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT FOR SOMEONE??? TO DO THE MIGRATION FROM MY OLD CONTRACT TO THE NEW CONTRACT AND STILL WAITING!!! I REALLY DONT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE STAFF THAT ASSISTED ME AT MTN STELLENBOSCH, BUT MTN SERVICES PROVIDER!!!
