Slow contract approval

I applied for a contract last week Tuesday on the 11th of June 2013... emailed everything, now its been long and nobody is calling me back... i have to do a follow up myself wen i call 084145... all they tell me is its still in process... that's crazy usually mtn takes 24 hours to complete everything..vodacom 4 hours, i cant apply with another service provider till i know wats happening with cellc, Every-time I call in they tell me they will get back to me and still waiting
