Cancelled contract still being billed in July 2013

Good day. I cancelled my account with Telkom in January and have been out of the country since then. They are still billing me and after countless phone calls and countless emails I have had no response. I am told the account is cancelled but they still bill me. I am in New Zealand at the moment and have to keep phoning and emailing. Every time I get a different email address and the same story the account is cancelled. The emails and phone calls made to Telkom started on the 23 February 2013. My wife originally went in to close the account in January and was told we had to email, this was done and still no response from Telkom. Zetta Bock told my husband the account was closed and so have many others. 19 emails in total have been sent to Telkom since February 2013. Could some one please help me.
