False sales pitch and lack of rectification

Last week we Afrizon (a division of Vodacom) called with a very attractive contract deal. The agent (P Mathabani) mentioned that Afizon / Vodacom are offering 2 Samsung Galaxy Pockets on top up for only R135 pm! That sounded like a great deal, so I then confirmed by saying to the agent so 2 phones on top up R135 and only pay 1 amount of R135 pm? The agent responded by saying YES. I then requested that 1 of the numbers must be ported and the other can be a new line. The agent said sure, this can be arranged. So then the phones were delivered with 2 vouchers, however I immediately noticed that there were 2 sims eventhough I had requested for 1 of the numbers to be ported. I proceeded by calling vodacom customer care to find out what could be taking so long re: the port. - must have spoken to 3 different people between Fri 15.11.2013 & Sat 16.11.2013 who all gave different reasoning & instructions and P. Mathabani was one of them. On one of my calls to Vodacom customer service on Sat, I was notified that 2 amounts of R135 will be debitted for the phones! I was absolutely outraged as this is not how the offer was sold to us! Now Afrizon & Vodacom are not even willing to resolve this!!!
