False billing

I have been ripped of by Altech till I spoke to their manager (Neo) who said it was because I was using accuweather and news24 and that is why my data was so high (I was using "free" Blackberry browser). I challenged him on this and he checked on his own R135 topup. Nothing was deducted when he went on to News24. Still my account was enormous and could not be explained by Altech. I then migrated to R135 Topup on 1 September. Since then, my accounts are not R135 but close to R300. Something called Telephony is being charged at about R118 (excl VAT). Then BIS is being charged at R51. A number of other things are added one being a "clip".
I did not ask for R28.95 for 100 sms's. The sms's Altech simply added because it was on my old contract (I had made it clear in Ballito that I don't want it.)
Are other customers also being ripped off like me?
