I have 4mb uncapped. Been managed/shaped the whole past month, not due to usage (they told me that) but due to high demand in 'northern areas'. I know several other uncapped Axxess users with the same problem. Being shaped after using only 20gb on an uncapped account. If they can't even handle the traffic of current users, how can they handle upgrading all accounts and new users with their 'special'? What use is checking the 'phone me' option when contacting if you only send a generic email response anyway? And today I got a message stating that I reached my cap (on an uncapped account?!) or didn't pay (Axxess takes the money directly from my credit card every month). What is going on, Axxess? I can't believe this is how you handle clients of several years.
