Telkom Landlines out since March 2013

I reported our Landline many times (Fault 794CTZ020413), I even took a photo of the Telkom Pole cut off, reported it on Facebook (Got # 30671 from them), NO RESPONSE AT ALL.. This is my original message on their Facebook page>>>>>>Hallo there! Where can I report a Telkom Pole grinded down with a angle grinder to get all the cables out??? The precise location is on the D262 Rust De Winter Road, about 4km from N1 Highway interchange at Pienaarsrivier. The GPS co-ordinates are 25? 12'40.96"S and 28? 20'44.62" E. I Attach a photo of the damage
This creates a problem for our community as all our phones are off now...
My cell number is 082 874 9533 and Telkom Line is (012- 722 0110) but this is out of order now, has previously reported out of order on 794CTZ020413.
