No service, and i am a prospective client?

I phoned Telkom a week/half ago to report their pole busy falling over in my yard. I moved into this house a year ago and have no Telkom accounts. They said this a? star 4? call and is treated with hugh importance due to the safety factor. A week later I phoned them again, and a few days after escalating the matter on the web I went in to one of their shops. The people there could not help me, said I must phone from their branch, phoned and the guy on the other end transferred me and the phone got cut off. Tried again and they said they cant help me because they cant identify where the pole is located, since they only work with their numbers. I found this amazing, road map???

This guy said see what he can do. I have two children, and their play area is at this pole, held up by a few tree branches.

Telkom, since phoning you is a waste of my time i hope that this response reaches yu in time. If my children get hurt I will see you in court. If this matter is not resolved within the week, I will phone the fire bregade or someone who can justify the danger, and I will be cutting yur pole down...
