UNBELIEVABLE that I am on the phone with Vodacom to check my data balance, because I am not able to check online at all. I am told that I have to remove the sim from the iPad and place it in my iPhone. This must be done everytime I want to check my balance! I then asked if Zolani @ Vodacom if he could check for me, which he was going to do but couldn't because I failed the verification. This has taken my mood from annoyed to insanely angry! Apparently I am not me!! I am due to upgrade my cellphone 2 September 2013. After being with Vodcaom for about 18 years, it may be time for me for me to leave Vodacom and head to another cellular provider that will be more helpful.
