Phone still not repaired after 2 months!!!

I sent my iPhone in for repair, whilst still under warranty on the 21 November 2013. The phone was returned back to the store 4 weeks later and no repair had been done as the "Find my iPhone" app had not been deactivated. I was not told about this by the Davenport shop and as a result my warranty expired due to the time it spent at the repair centre and in transit. This according to Vivien Marimuthu, is the shops responsibility to inform all iPhone customers. The phone also sat at the Davenport shop for 10 days before I was informed, which contributed to my warranty expiring. I didn't get a loan phone as there was none available. I cut my losses & took the phone to the Ballito branch, the phone was only booked in for repairs on 5 January 2014! After numerous calls and getting handed off by every department, I managed to get through to Vivien Marimuthu, the repairs manager. He basically told me that I had to get either Ballito or Davenport branch to pay for the repair. Why can't he as the service provider do this? I keep getting told that I will be told at the end of business what the outcome is. After being told that my case has been escalated, nothing has been done after 2 months!
