About 1 month ago i called the call center to inquire about my billing that was incorrect where there was an extra R400.00 deducted from my account. When phoning through the lady said it was extra calls that i made through the month not understanding i do not have a PHONE contract but a USB INTERNET STICK. She then informed me that she will escalate the call and someone will call me the following day. To date no one has contacted me back and with every call i make no one is able to assist me or their IVR is not working and keeps on saying action cannot be completed - Please try again. I will NEVER again deal with this Company and personally i feel that they are giving a bad name/reputation to Cell C as they are partners. I Logged another complaint on the Red Bull Mobile website and also had no response to the complaint. They clearly do not care about their customers and i will also no longer be one of their customers for much longer. I will be moving over to a new Internet Supplier.
