Pathetic Attitude of Customer Care Staff

I have a Red Bull Mobile contract which is due an upgrade. I went to the Pietermaritzburg Midlands Mall twice and spoke to two separate people, both said they did not know anything about RBM upgrades, and both promised to find out and get back to me, nobody did. I phoned the call centre 4 times and each person I spoke to said the phone that was displayed on their website for my contract (Samsung Galaxy Nexus) was not on their system, the only two phones they had on their systems (S4 and Iphone) required me to pay an extra R150 per month. This is NOT an upgrade. If its on the website how can nobody have heard of the phone? I got passed from one person to the other until eventually I was told Red Bull Mobile supplied Cell C with the phones, when I phoned Red Bull Mobile I was told that it was Cell C's responsibility and if it is on the website then they should know about it and have stock. How can Cell C have no idea about the phones that are displayed on their own website? Not a single person has shown the slightest interest in finding out whats going on, the general attitude seems to be that if I don't want to pay more then I can't have an upgrade. I find this attitude shocking...
