I am so angry and dissapointed in this internet service provider! My sister applied for the same package and they had no issues. My boyfriend and I had nothing BUT problems, everytime we phone there was no help to be found just more useless employees telling us a different story everytime we enquired about the same things. We were told we need to install a phone line first where as my sister did not need to. We wernt even told the first time we phoned what we needed to send off. The second time we phoned we still couldnt find out what we needed to send off, we were told they would phone back and they never did. Months later after we had installed the phone line already and were paying for a phone line we only installed to get the internet package by the way we still didnt have our internet package! Third time my sister phoned for us and spoke to the manager who was useful but the day we received the moden it wouldnt work and we spoke to two people who couldnt find out why it wasnt working andcouldnt tell us were to go on the pc to get it to function! Now were waiting for a call back which we most likely wont get. Were paying for the cell phone bills, no one calls back!!!
