What a pathetic response form CELL C

So I've added a complaint against Cell C about my phone calls being dropped all the time, my Red bull Mobile internet that almost never works and requesting to get a lend phone so that I can get my iPhone repaired.

Cell C Response is that " all our Showrooms are closing down therefore we cannot provide you with a loan unit."

Please note people that according to Cell C "ALL their showrooms is closing down" so can they can NOT assist their "so called clients" in anyway.

It seems to me that Cell C is going down and they have No idea about clients service in anyway... Do NOT ever use any product of Cell C, don't waste your time pleaseeee!

All that was said with the is regarding Red Bull Mobile is that they can see I've used data so it must be working, nothing about when last they can see data being used or are experiencing it being dead slow...

Also not a word about my phone calls being dropped all the time...
