Your Impotence With Telkom Is Exhausting

The constant excuses for your incompetence in resolving my line speed problems that you're constantly blaming Telkom for is no longer acceptable. I'm sick and tired of you constantly 'logging a call to Telkom' followed by a request for extensive speed tests from me, followed by the ticket being closed without being resolved, followed by me opening a new ticket, followed by you asking for more speed tests, followed by the ticket being closed... blah blah blah. This insane cycle has been going on for more than six months now, ever since your supposedly amazing upgrade to the MTN backbone and Telkom apparently forcing me onto a 2MB line. The incompetence, scripted responses, and go-nowhere escalations team is beyond frustrating. So I'm seriously starting to wonder what the point is for me to save R20 by paying you to manage Telkom, when it's blatantly obvious that you're incapable of that. And I refuse to continue sending you new sets of speed test results for the same fault that has never been fully resolved since it was first logged! Your incompetence and impotence is staggering to say the least! Hopefully your incompetence doesn't spread to the hosting support service!
