On 21/10/13 I reported a fault on our Telkom landline. ref no. 296CTK211013. The person logging the fault was asked to make a note that an appointment would need to be made should someone need to access the premises. Within a few days the problem was resolved. On 27/10/13 we experienced the same problem, which was reported on 28/10/13 - ref no. 385CTK281013. The person who logged the call - Steve - noted that an appointment would need to be made should one of their staff need to access the premises. This morning (31/10/13 at around 09:23am), I receive a phonecall from the number (011) 381 4000 - the person on the other side said "its Nkosi from Telkom. Once again there is nobody at your house". So I said to this very arrogant person "when I logged the call, I explicitly told them to note that should anyone need to access the premises, an appointment would need to be made". Nkosi then replied "well that information does not get passed over to us technicians" and I replied "that is not my problem - I logged the call with specific instructions" Nkosi then replied "what do you mean its not your problem! " then he went on to say "I'll have to sacrifice my life to get there"
