I have send numerous emails, facebook messages and hellopeter complaints regarding the upgrade of 2 lines, for some other reason you are just not interested in assisting me, as such my contracts will expire at the end of May and I will be cancelling both!
Month after month I have been paying the contracts, I would assume that I am a valued customer, I have always recommended you to other people, receiving this kind of service from a service provider is unacceptable to me, something simple like upgrading contracts is just impossible to do with 8ta. Just for your information my sister in-law upgraded her vodacom contract yesterday "ONLINE" and were informed that delivery will take place tomorrow, I have been battling to get this done for over a month now. I have been complaining about the network, that doesn't seem to bother you either, your agents keep on telling me to change the settings on my phone, I would suggest they get some training, useless!!!
Rather sharpen your pencils than to change your name from 8ta to Telkom Mobile, that won't be enough to get clients!!
Reading all the complaints I am not only disappointed customer, there are many and I would assume many more to come
