My fiancee bought me phn his been a client of cell c for over 8 years, to shorten complaint, sales people looses contracts false advertising and manager never there to complain, lodge complaint at call center till today nothing happened, went to get phn after waiting period of about 2 weeks plus, never get thru on phn to find out if stock arrived dialed nr approximately 17 times the morning no answer and phn gets put down went to shop dialled again saw they putting phn down asked for the phn was already angry with poor services, guess what no they lost contract and again d/o went off already, eventually after how many trips to mall got the phn and 2 days later problem with phn took it back its been almost mnth now and still no phn, I MEAN A NEW PHONE??? they dnt have phn contact and manager just not to worried about complaints this is ridiculous. then also took contract on modem and guess what had to wait over 2 weeks for that also. MY QUESTION IS WHY ADVERTISE IF NON STOCK AND THIS IS SUPPOSE TO BE THE BEST SHOP ALLOCATED IN A MALL. IM DISGUSTED AND WNT TO CANCEL CONTRACT SALES PEOPLE AT SHOP IS USELESS NOT TO MENTION MANAGEMENT, I MEAN DO THEY KNOW THE NEW CREDIT LAW??? NO!!
