Listed on ITC because of Neotel incompetence

Raised an issue about a "demo unit" they sent me in November 2009 that they had to sort out, I just discovered to my horror they listed me on ITC.

I could add the names and dates and all the other details of people I spoke to at Neotel but based on the pages of complaints listed here I don't believe there is any point as they are incompetent of sorting out anything so let me rather add a warning to people that might think of using them as a service provide.

Beware of doing business with this company as you will waste more than you might save in wasted time and incompetence that will lead to an increase in you monthly booze bill that will far exceed the savings.
Worse still you might be over billed or incorrectly billed and then get listed on ITC by them because you refuse to pay for there incompetence.

Credit ombudsman here I come!!!

PS - they never get back to you either.
