Be warned MTN are!

I got a contract with MTN for R150 per month.

The fist debit order that goes off from myaccount is R944!!

I regret ever signing with MTN, the integrity and honesty of that network provider is a thing of the past, all i have experienced is problem after problem. Worst of all no one is willing to take responsibility, the branch tells me to call the call centre, the call centre tells me to call the branch!? honestly the degree of incompetence at MTN is appalling!
All this proves to me is that MTN is losing customers to their competitors and to try and make up for the dwindling profits they debiting ridiculous amounts from they remaining customers! I now know better and will be changing providers along with every person i know! this is a criminal offence, they have been mandated to take 150 not any random amount they wish! Disgraceful
