WHAT HAPPENED TO MTN?

MTN has really gone down, its such a shame. It used to be 1 of the leading networks in my experience but lately I've been having problems with them for the past 3 months. I've been trying to set up my MTN absolute service for the last 2 days and it keeps telling me I've got insufficient airtime so i keep recharging and it keeps telling me the same thing and i cant call in to the call centre for assistance because they've been offline ALL DAY YESTERDAY!!! what is going on?? sort out your because you are losing customers fast!!! i'm changing my network asap!!! I've never experienced such disgusting service!! your agents sound like they half asleep and not interested at all.

a positive response would be much appreciated and a solution to my problem.
