I've been having a problem with the cellphone i'm using. I took a contract with MTN last year in November and i took my phone for a repair as it has a network problem. They return it but with the same problem because when i try to make call it will complain about not being registered on the Network. On the second booking i explained that the device was booked before but still giving me the same problem & on the store they said they will book it in again and they will make a note that it's not the first time. I've been taking it in and out for a repair but nothing seem to be fixed on that device and now i'm losing my patiency as it's really irritating me now as i spend my working hours going in and out of MTN without any help.

This morning at run about 11:00 i took my phone back to the store with the same problem and now i'm getting different stories & they suggested that i took it myself to Midrand. What is it that they fix on that phone if it returns the same as if nothing has been done? I even wish to cancel this contract as i'm paying for something that i hardly use because it's always in for a repair. Please sort this problem out before you lose me or other clients.
