Waste of time

Cellucity cavendish has just given me the run around and i am slowly losing patients.i took out a contract with a lumia 920 but then the phone had a fault and got exchanged. Then i got a lumia 925.2 weeks later the phone had a earphone jack problem.the phone was booked in and come back with the same problem.then it was booked in again and came back working but then i noticed a scratch by tge sim tray. THE PHONE COME BACK FROM REPAIR DAMAGED! now after 2 repairs the phone has a nfc PROBLEM IT NEVER HAD! the past two month has inconvenianced me in a big way because im paying for something ive bearly used and now they dont want to exchange a phone that gets worst everytime it is repaired and all they offer is to repair. IT IS A NEW CONTRACT! and i am expected to use a repaired phone for the rest of the contract.
