Over 7 wks to fix a 3G card & still not repaired

Faulty Cell C Speed Stick (Huawe) handed in for repair on 23/11/2012 - Four subsequent visits to the Cell C branch have not helped. Promises to phone back and promise of loan unit have not materialized. My question: how can it take so long to repair? Cell C should give the Customer a new device if they cannot fix it within 14 days. Bad service as promises not met. Warning to other Customers - do not expect a speedy resolution to anything that's sent in for repair!!!
