Pathetic Service from Cell C

Inception of my contract with Cell C was on the 22/11/2012 for 24months for a Blackberry 9320. On the 11/09/2013. I took the phone to Cell C The Glen for repairs. The keypad was faulty and I could not type. The phone also kept on freezing and opening up apps on it's own accord. No replacement unit was issued. Thembi indicated that all phones were out on loan. On 19/09/2013 Thembi phoned to say that the phone must be collected as it cannot be repaired, no further explanation given. Now I am expected to pay the remainder of the contract though I do not have a phone. The service from Cell C (or lack there thereof) is shocking. No further attempts have been made to sort this out!!! I have been a loyal customer for years and my latest dealings will Cell C will result in me not renewing my contract!!!
