Pathetic Service,
Utter dismay
I am writing this post with utter disappointment on the communication form Vodacom with its intended customers. One of m colleagues at work told me about an online deal he applied for the Iphone 4S sometime early august, he told me how superb the deal was and how efficient Vodacom had been. I decided that I was going to also try the same deal since it was a very good and affordable contract, " lo and Behold "
I logged on and internet application mid August and the response was immaculate the call centre called me and I gave all my details and they emailed me a Ref number. I waited until I called the same call centre to enquire about feedback on my application only to be told that I had to submit my documents which I emailed through to [Email Removed] on 22 August, since that day it was the last I had from Vodacom.
Being patient enough I thought let me give it a try again, on October 25 filled another online application which was again to responded quickly with an agent asking for my details and I gave him. Surprisingly I thought he would pick up that I was on the database of applications already and follow through with my previous a
