Good day,

I am so upset with vodacom.

I took out a extra contract last year with vodacom over the phone,
I canceled it in my 14 days period and they paid me out the amount that i paid to them.
Now for the last ^ months they suspend my phone every month because all of a sudden i still owe them money.
I`v explain this problem about 30 times now and still there is no conclusion???

REALLY!!!

What can i do to solve my BIG problem???

Please Please can a manager give me the right info.

i am so tired to explain this problem no one really helps me to solve it.
i stay in secunda and i think if i go to head office i will wast my time???

Pleas how many times must a customer complains???
