This fiasco started Wednesday 23 October and I still have not received one reply. The Vodacom website stated "Save R290.00 when you order online" for BB Z10. Call to 082 178 44 clarified that the R150.00 admin fee and R140.00 o/night delivery fees would be waived. Online, the automatic quotation generated a new monthly contract fee of R218.00 and not R199.00 as advertised. More calls now to 082 1954 (upgrades-Dawood) and he also could not generate a quotation for R199.00 and was getting same R218.00 as I was-he said there was a problem but had no clue how to rectify or even ask supervisors. Dawood also confirmed that the R290.00 was ONLY for new contracts, but the advert did not stipulate that. Call to 021 440 8211 (Wednesday afternoon 23 October 2013) left message with Margo on switchboard who would send internal email. Meanwhile I receive an automatic email reply in response to mu web based mail, with reference no: EC-ZH71-22GY19. On Thursday I phone 011 653 5000 and get through to PA to CEO (she says!) so I mail her my list of complaints to date to: [Email Removed] and 2 re-sends. Since Wednesday last week, nobody can be bothered to reply to me.
