Eceived 10 sms instead of fixing the phone

I have received 10 sms today stating that my phone is in for repairs, I have phoned them to stop sending the same sms, they just ignore me. This is due to stupidity or plain incompetence, instead of working they send repeat sms.

I had such a bad experience when I handed in my phone, the service is so bad, I have spoken to Johanna this morning asking that she must please tell the staff to stop sending me the same message, clearly she does not understand a simple request.

What are they doing their?
The lack of service is appoling
